Data Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background, you will use your experience with Agile methodologies and your deep understanding of the SDLC to lead a team of developers crafting solutions for a high-profile video gaming client.</p><p>Working with our team, you will be involved in the product life cycle, gathering and refining&nbsp; playable requirements, defining, working closely with the development and business; and leveraging solid communication with the stakeholders to guarantee constant progress and alignment.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for Delivery Managers who have experience working with development teams and can be the first point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.</p><p>Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong applied understanding of Agile methodologies</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in domains such as interactive media, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or analytics-driven platforms</li> <li>3-5 years of experience directly working with engineering teams</li> <li>Strong, demonstrable knowledge of data concepts (raw streaming data, data modeling, metadata, etc.)</li> <li>Strong ability to work with engineers to scope, size, and break down work based on requirements</li> </ul><h3>What you will be doing:</h3><ul> <li>Coach the team on Scrum principles and practices, and help them to have a clear vision and self-management.</li> <li>Manage team resources to ensure effective participation in agile events as well commitment and progress towards assigned work.</li> <li>Mitigate risks and issues.</li> <li>Proactively identify, track and drive resolution of blocking issues/impediments and non-engineering action items.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-project dependency, milestone, &amp; release management activities with other Delivery Managers.</li> <li>Facilitate triage of incoming customer tickets through ServiceNow.</li> <li>Manage Sprint Backlog in Jira.</li> <li>Drive change requests for any committed work during a Quarter.</li> <li>Establish and drive successful release communications.</li> <li>Drive Program level performance reporting, visibility and transparency to both internal and external leadership.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3> <strong>The Things We Really Care About:</strong><br> </h3><p></p><ul> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Mindera Annual Trip, Sports, and sharing groups to connect and have fun!</li> <li>Training &amp; conferences, create your own training plan</li> <li>Choose Laptop &amp; Peripherals that best suit your needs</li> </ul><p><br>Most of all you get to work with a bunch of great people, where the whole team owns the project together in a politics-free environment.
