We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Head of Velocity Black Growth at Capital One. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the growth strategy for Velocity Black, our exclusive membership program for high net-worth individuals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative initiatives to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the growth of our company. We are seeking a candidate with a strong track record of success in growth strategy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Develop and execute growth strategy for Velocity Black, including identifying key growth drivers, setting ambitious goals, and tracking progress towards targets
Lead a team of growth specialists to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and analytics, to develop and implement innovative initiatives to drive growth
Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize and improve the member experience, leading to increased member satisfaction and retention
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support growth initiatives
Oversee budget and resource allocation for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed to meet growth targets
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to ensure Velocity Black remains a leader in the high net-worth membership space
