This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in how our members experience their benefits.</span></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">You Will:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><b style="font-size: 16px;">Regulatory Monitoring &amp; Analysis:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor changes in federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and related guidance.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyze the impact of new or revised regulations on Gravie's operations, products, and services, and help communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the project management and implementation of new regulatory requirements, helping to ensure end-to-end documentation of successful implementation and ongoing compliance.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><b style="font-size: 16px;">Plan Document &amp; SPD Compliance:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the review, development, and maintenance of Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and other member-facing regulatory materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with all applicable laws (e.g., ERISA disclosure requirements, ACA mandates).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist with SPD and SBC amendments and updates.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist with compliance efforts for Gravie's non-ERISA book of business, including conducting state research and supporting the development of compliant plan documents.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><b style="font-size: 16px;">Benefit Design &amp; Administration Compliance:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide compliance assistance on health plan design, eligibility, benefits, and administration.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to the review and advise on proposed plan variations, exceptions, and unique benefit requests, assessing compliance implications.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><b style="font-size: 16px;">State Regulatory Filings &amp; Reporting Support:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Facilitate and track state regulatory filings, including TPA licensing, Secretary of State qualifications, and annual reports.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><b style="font-size: 16px;">Regulatory Inquiry &amp; Complaint Response Support:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the response efforts to regulatory inquiries and complaints from agencies (e.g., DOL, State Insurance Departments, Attorney General) in a timely and comprehensive manner.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><b style="font-size: 16px;">Compliance Program Operations &amp; Documentation:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in building and refining processes to document all compliance activities and decisions. This includes managing the end-to-end </span><b><span style="font-size: 16px;">compliance investigation process</span></b><span style="font-size: 16px;"> when gaps or potential issues are identified, ensuring thorough documentation of findings and resolutions, and ongoing monitoring.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> ○&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Help develop and support the oversight of the intake processes for new compliance requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders.</span></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">You Bring:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, specifically with group health plans.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated knowledge of ERISA, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and other regulatory frameworks applicable to self-funded commercial health plans is required.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with plan documents, SPDs, and benefit administration processes.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating legal requirements into practical business guidance.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.</span></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">Extra Credit:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous start up company experience</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Project management skills/experience</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Government reporting experience related to healthcare and/or benefits</span></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;&nbsp;</b></p><p><b><span style="font-size: 16px;">Gravie:</span></b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">In order to transform health insurance and build a health plan everyone can love, we need talented people doing amazing work. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Our unique benefits program is the gravy, i.e., the special sauce that sets our compensation package apart.
