The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process, managing candidate databases, assisting with interview coordination, and maintaining smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely responses and keeping applicants informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assist in preparing job postings and descriptions for various positions.
- Help in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on the hiring process.
- Organize recruitment events and participate in career fairs when needed.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed, supporting the HR department in various functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not mandatory.
- Internships or entry-level positions in HR or recruitment will be considered.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing methods and interview scheduling is beneficial.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Flexibility in working hours may be offered based on the needs of the department and candidates.
