The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing both corporate and individual tax returns, as well as experience in providing tax-related consulting services. In this role, the Tax Manager will work closely with the Accounting Manager to deliver high-quality service to clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and filing of various tax returns, managing tax audits, and responding to inquiries from tax authorities. The Tax Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing tax planning strategies aimed at minimizing clients' tax liabilities. Staying informed about changes in tax laws and regulations is crucial to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a preference for candidates who have at least five years of experience in tax compliance and planning. While CPA certification is not mandatory, it is highly regarded. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is a significant advantage, as it will facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities
• Oversee tax compliance services, including preparation and filing of tax returns (corporate, individual, partnership, etc.) and providing tax planning services.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
