Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to identify top talent across different skill sets.
Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and evaluate their fit for various roles.
Job Posting & Candidate Outreach: Write compelling job descriptions, post open positions on various job boards, and reach out to potential candidates to gauge interest.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Manage Applicant Tracking Systems: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage interview schedules, and update hiring progress.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally with a focus on remote recruitment.
Experience in sourcing and hiring across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, or customer service, is a plus.
Familiarity with U.S.-based labor laws and hiring practices.

Working Hours:

Full-time position.
Flexible working hours, though availability during standard U.S. business hours (9:00 AM � 6:00 PM EST) is preferred.
Remote position with the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Knowledge of Recruiting Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using recruitment platforms, CRM tools, and job boards. Comfortable with remote work technologies like video conferencing, collaboration tools, etc.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and address challenges in the recruitment process, offering creative solutions.
