Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Monitor brand mentions and community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop social media assets.
- Analyze social media performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Create simple graphics, captions, and post templates for campaigns.
- Conduct social trend research and propose new content ideas.
- Manage email responses, data entry tasks, and digital calendar scheduling.
- Maintain an organized social content calendar and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience working remotely as a virtual assistant is a strong plus.
