URGENT: Need bilingual (Japanese/English) assistant to call Japan Post EMS

I need an English and Japanese-speaking assistant (ideally located in Japan) to urgently help resolve an issue with 3 EMS packages shipped via Japan Post. These packages were returned to Japan after arriving in the US (i was out of the country and unable to receive them). I need someone to contact Japan Post by phone to request that they be, redirected, or re-routed, either to the same address in the US again or another address in China (if needed) before they are destroyed and lost forever

- 2 of the Packages were shipped via EMS from
Tokyo - U.S. - Tokyo again.
- 1 of the Packages was shipped via Air Postal Parcel from
Tokyo - U.S. - ????
The tracking shows 2 of the packages are now back in Japan customs being held another may still be in the US.
I need someone to get on the phone with Japan Post, speak to a real human, and:
- Request what the re-routing options are
- Possibly change the return-to-sender address (to a US or China address)
I will provide all tracking numbers, sender/recipient info, and any additional documents you need.
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent Japanese and English
- Be comfortable calling Japan Post EMS
- Bonus if you’re located in Tokyo or Japan and understand local systems
- Able to summarize the call outcome to me clearly in English
- Available to start immediately
