Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain American Airlines’ internal platforms, portals, and global communication tools. Coordinate between regional teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee and update digital content, schedules, and operational documents for accuracy. Troubleshoot system and access issues for remote team members. Maintain confidential records and sensitive data with the highest level of security.
