Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input user feedback, support tickets, and case resolutions into internal databases.
- Respond to customer calls and assist with account access issues, data verifications, and general questions.

- Maintain accurate call and case notes for internal recordkeeping.
- Flag and escalate complex issues to team leads or platform partners.

Requirements
