Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Sourcing and Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop specific job descriptions for open roles.
- Candidate Screening and Interviews: Oversee resume screening, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the successful onboarding of new hires and ensure smooth transitions into the organization.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on talent market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
- Employer Branding: Work with the marketing and communications teams to enhance The Elite Jobs reputation as an employer of choice.
- Data Management and Reporting: Track key metrics related to recruitment efficiency and quality of hire, reporting regularly to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and senior stakeholders effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring teams within a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment management.
- Proven track record in building and executing talent acquisition strategies, including experience with high-volume recruitment.
- Experience in working across various industries or a specific focus (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare).
- Strong background in interview techniques, including behavioral, competency-based, and technical interviews.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility for remote work may be offered depending on performance and business needs.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak recruitment periods.
