• Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to track student progress and make adjustments as needed
• Provide a positive and encouraging virtual classroom experience, utilizing diverse teaching strategies to engage students
• Stay informed about advancements in educational tools and resources for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid certification in Deaf Education or equivalent
• Experience working with Deaf/Hard of Hearing students, preferably in an elementary setting
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively in a virtual format
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital platforms for teaching
