- Document and follow up on all customer communications to ensure complete resolution.
Qualifications
- Must reside in or near Fresno, CA, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills and typing proficiency.
