We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic automotive team. This remote position is ideal for a passionate individual with a strong background in automotive sales, account management, and client relations. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding The Elite Jobs presence in the automotive sector in Germany, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of automotive accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the automotive sector in Germany.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and company objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and clients on account performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market in Germany and a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in German (native-level proficiency) and English (business-level proficiency).
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing complex accounts.
- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time remote position.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CET), with occasional flexibility required to accommodate client needs across different time zones.
