Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer support techniques
- Familiarity with call center operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of client services principles and practices
