Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality interpretation services for clients via virtual platforms, including phone, video calls, and other communication tools.
Translate and interpret spoken or written content between clients and stakeholders in multiple languages.
Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver precise and effective communication.
Maintain confidentiality of all information being translated.
Ensure that all interpretations are accurate, culturally sensitive, and aligned with industry standards.
Collaborate with other team members to improve interpretation processes and techniques.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and clear communication at all times.
Ensure timely delivery of interpretation services while meeting deadlines.
Provide feedback on terminology and language trends that could enhance the service offering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an interpreter (preferably in a virtual environment).
Fluency in at least two languages (English + additional language(s)).
Strong command of both written and spoken language, with an ability to accurately convey meaning.
Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Certification in interpretation (e.g., ATA certification) is a plus.

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience working as an interpreter in a professional setting.
Experience in virtual or remote work is a strong advantage.
Prior experience in a particular industry (e.g., healthcare, legal, technical) is a bonus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:
