Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum of 1�3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting.
Freshers with an HR degree and internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours with a focus on completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Availability during standard business hours for client meetings and collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
