About the position
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete customer questionnaires regarding the company's supply chain sustainability practices.
- Create a library of standard answers to common customer questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the company's survey intake and answering process.
- Engage with various parts of the company's global supply chain to acquire, harmonize, and cleanse data for sustainability reporting and customer surveys.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining and updating sustainability certifications (SFI, FSC, PEFC, ISCC PLUS).
- Participate in sustainability audits and assessments.
- Generate reports and/or dashboards to support the development of goals and targets and to improve impact against material issues.
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sustainability certifications and supply chain management.
- Experience with sustainability certifications (SFI, FSC, AF&PA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with sustainability certifications (SFI, FSC, AF&PA) is a plus.
