Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the Salesforce applications continue to meet business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge by keeping up with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
• Participate in full software development life cycle (SDLC): Engage in requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
• Code and configure: Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce tools to create custom solutions.
• Ensure best practices: Follow industry best practices for Salesforce development, including efficient coding, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce platforms: Strong understanding of Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce AppExchange.
• Programming knowledge: Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
• Understanding of SDLC: Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze business requirements and develop effective Salesforce solutions.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Salesforce certifications (preferred): Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (or equivalent) will be considered a strong advantage.

Experience

• Entry-Level: No prior Salesforce experience is required, but a solid foundation in programming or related fields is beneficial.
• Mid-Level to Senior Roles: 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and other Salesforce tools.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours.
