- Escalate urgent concerns to licensed professionals as needed
- Support team collaboration with counselors and clinical support staff
- Maintain a calm, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach in all interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree a plus)
- 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing sensitive topics with discretion and empathy
- Proficient with digital tools, CRMs, and call center platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Stable internet and private workspace required
