Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive On-Site Product Testing Coordinator to oversee and manage product testing processes across various locations. Key Responsibilities

• Product Testing Coordination: Organize and supervise on-site testing activities to ensure compliance with pre-defined protocols.
• Team Management: Collaborate with quality assurance, production, and engineering teams to establish testing parameters and schedules.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Record testing data, compile reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Equipment Management: Ensure proper functioning, calibration, and availability of testing tools and equipment.
• Process Improvement: Identify testing process gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure testing adheres to company standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Training: Train team members and third-party testers on testing procedures and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product testing, quality control, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in using testing tools and software.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Flexibility to travel to various testing sites as required.

Experience

• Minimum 2�4 years of relevant experience in product testing or quality assurance.
• Experience in managing or leading testing teams is preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM � 6:00 PM
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed based on testing schedules.
