Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Organize and manage stock in accordance with warehouse standards.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all items meet company and customer standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking, labeling, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and delivery schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Experience

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior experience required.
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons.

  • Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and inventory systems.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse machinery.
