Key Responsibilities

• Address student queries promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A strong background in exam preparation and academic tutoring.
• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (Education, Science, Mathematics, Language, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Malay.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Comfortable with using online teaching platforms and tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Patience and a passion for helping students succeed.

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching (online or in-person).
• Experience in exam preparation for major Malaysian exams (SPM, STPM, or equivalent) or professional certifications is preferred.
• Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

Working Hours
