Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with common technical issues.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role is preferred.

Working Hours
