Position Summary
We’re hiring a Client Care & Connection Coordinator to follow up with potential, current, and past clients. You’ll play a key role in helping people take the next step—whether it’s scheduling a session, completing paperwork, or re-engaging in therapy.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with potential clients who have inquired but have not been scheduled
• Contact clients who have been sent intake paperwork but haven’t completed it
• Reconnect with discharged clients at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals
• Track outreach in our systems (training provided)
• Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and self-directed
• Experience in customer service, admin, or behavioral health (preferred but not required)
• Commitment to cultural competence and CRC’s mission
Pay and Bonuses
• $13/hour
