Responsibilities
• Oversee, assist, and monitor clients served by the agency.

• Provide transportation for clients to ensure their needs are met.

• Support Child Welfare Caseworkers in their duties and responsibilities.

• Maintain a focus on Safety, Permanency, and Well-being for families served.

• Demonstrate cultural awareness, sensitivity, and competence in all job duties.

• Adhere to the agency's Guiding Principles as a child welfare professional.

Requirements
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
,
• Must be able to read and write simple sentences.
,
• Completion of one course in interviewing or one month of relevant experience.
,
• Willingness to work at any time during a 24-hour period, including holidays, to protect children.

Nice-to-haves
• High school graduate.

• Training in de-escalation and restraint techniques.

• Completion of Mini MAPP training.

• Experience with separation and placement processes.
