Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate at Grainger, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our warehouse. Your key responsibilities include managing inventory, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment to preventative maintenance standards.
• Foster a culture of quality service by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to optimize processes and achieve goals.
• Report any discrepancies or injuries immediately to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker is preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• High school degree or equivalent.
