About the position
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to an executive manager and their teams.
- Trains and mentors Administrative Assistants within their directorate/department.
- Collaborates with Executive Assistants from other directorates/departments to ensure consistency and efficiency of administrative processes.
- Handles Business Sensitive and Personal & Private information.
- Creates, communicates, and enforces office procedures/templates for written and electronic communications.
- Screens telephone calls and resolves a wide variety of inquiries.
- Identifies significant items for department attention or action.
- Leads projects, administrative programs, and processes.
- Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside of NNL.
- Develops relationships with peers and managers at all company locations to ensure NNL goals are met.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
