Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to build trust and value.
- Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Handle objections professionally and guide customers through the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members and report feedback to improve performance.
- Participate in sales training and coaching sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and pricing.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of phone sales or telemarketing experience.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- High energy, persistence, and customer-first mindset.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
