This fully remote position plays a key role in shaping how OpenAI delivers value to customers through scalable success programs, operational rigor, and technical engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and execution of GTM strategies that support technical customer success and engagement.
- Analyze user data, feedback, and usage trends to improve adoption and reduce churn.
- Create operational models and dashboards to measure performance and optimize outcomes.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap planning.
- Build scalable systems and processes that improve the efficiency of technical success delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related GTM function in a technology environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or platform-based businesses preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
