Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to ensure seamless system performance.

  • Assist with the deployment and setup of new systems and software updates.
  • Document and track all incidents, service requests, and problem resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification in CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome; prior internships or coursework in IT support will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
