Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to medical products, prescription services, and insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, technical teams, and insurance providers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Educate patients and healthcare providers on the proper use of healthcare products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations in all customer interactions.
  • Assist in the resolution of complaints and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
  • Continuously stay updated on new healthcare products, services, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required (Additional certifications in healthcare or customer service will be a plus).

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer support, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
