Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and written communication skills

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Prior customer service or remote work experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
- Resolve product questions, delivery issues, returns, and account concerns
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using available tools
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times
- Escalate more complex issues to appropriate support departments
