Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Organizational Development or Change Management (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or management consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, change management, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement and leadership development programs.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in driving organizational change, improving employee engagement, and enhancing organizational efficiency.
  • Experience in working with senior leadership to align organizational development strategies with business objectives.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard office hours with flexibility for remote work and occasional travel for on-site meetings and workshops.
