Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intake and scheduling
- Assist with insurance, referrals, and documentation
- Provide empathetic, ongoing support to patients
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Associate’s preferred)
- 2+ years in healthcare or patient services
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
