Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and washing windows in assigned areas.
Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and sanitized to meet the companys cleanliness standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms or private residences.
Report maintenance issues or damages in rooms to the appropriate team members.
Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of guests and clients at all times.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Experience

At least 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
Experience working in a hotel, resort, or private home environment is a plus.
Experience in handling laundry services and maintaining housekeeping inventory.

Working Hours

Full-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate operational needs.
Shifts may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
