  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms or private residences.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages in rooms to the appropriate team members.
  • Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of guests and clients at all times.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
  • Experience working in a hotel, resort, or private home environment is a plus.
  • Experience in handling laundry services and maintaining housekeeping inventory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate operational needs.
  • Shifts may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
