We are looking for a Remote Technical Training Administrator to join It's Caliber’s team. This remote position will support the planning, coordination, and management of technical training programs to enhance employee skill sets and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule technical training sessions for employees.
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
- Liaise between trainers, employees, and management to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Update training materials and support content development.
- Monitor training progress and generate regular reports.
- Assist with troubleshooting any issues related to virtual training platforms.
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory training requirements.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience in training administration, technical education, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual meeting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
