**What You'll Do:**
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee one or more departments or shifts, guiding warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and more. You'll play a key role in ensuring top-notch inventory control and quality management while developing a high-performing, safety-focused team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead day-to-day operations for your department(s) to meet service, quality, and productivity goals
+ Supervise, coach, and mentor 2+ team members and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
+ Track KPIs and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
+ Ensure high accuracy in inventory records and compliance with quality control standards
+ Monitor workflow and implement corrective actions as needed
+ Drive operational excellence while ensuring a safe and clean work environment
+ Help shape and document warehouse processes, standards, and training programs
+ Support performance management and employee development initiatives
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ 2+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations
+ 1+ year of experience in a leadership role
+ Familiarity with inventory control processes
+ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
+ Basic computer literacy; comfort using business systems
+ Ability to operate or obtain certification for forklifts and other equipment
+ Experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction products is a plus
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
+ Comfortable with bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and operating hand tools and forklifts

**Location:** Abilene, TX _(Specific details will be shared during hiring process. Will likely require training in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.)_
**Schedule** : This is 24/7 facility, and we will be hiring 3 Supervisors to cover the teams/shifts in this role, working Monday through Thursday for 10 hours per day with flexibility to occasionally help cover other teams/shifts.
1. 6am-5pm (1 st shift)
2. 12pm-11pm (2 nd shift)
3. 9pm-8am (3 rd shift)
