Requirements:
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and personal device.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer and business data into internal systems with precision.
- Verify, correct, and update existing records.
- Organize digital files for easy access and retrieval.
- Communicate with internal staff regarding missing or unclear data.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times.
