- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working US business hours (EST or PST)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure on-brand messaging
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for conversions
- Ensure accurate setup, QA, and timely deployment of all campaigns
- Identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement
