We're looking for someone to manage customer service for our business, which focuses on meaningful home goods and keepsakes (Curio Blvd- curioblvd.com).

We receive daily emails from customers and need someone who can respond with genuine care and attention to detail rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. It's important that every response reflects the sentiment behind our brand! Additionally, we need someone who can reply to emails within 12-24 hours, preferably. We are looking to take someone on asap for a 1-week trial run - this is an ongoing role with no end date.
