We are hiring a highly organized and strategic Operations Group Manager to lead and coordinate operational teams in a fully remote work environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong communication skills, capable of streamlining processes, driving performance, and ensuring excellence in execution across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead remote operational teams and manage group-wide priorities across multiple departments.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) across teams.
- Ensure alignment between departments including customer success, logistics, and administration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop operational goals and reporting structures.
- Drive project execution, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation within operational teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with operational tools and platforms (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
