Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Ensure best practices in Salesforce security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and application defects.
Provide technical support and user training as needed.
Collaborate with project managers, administrators, and business analysts to define technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and automation (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, etc.).
Ability to customize and configure Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Experience in DevOps tools for Salesforce (Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD).
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, or Administrator (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Experience in freelance or remote work is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
