Key Responsibilities

Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, and maintain accurate records.

Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
Performance Management: Assist in creating performance evaluation systems and coaching programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.

Experience

Working Hours
