About the position
The Retirement Plan - Senior Client Relations Specialist role at SS&C involves providing daily client support, preparing clients for project implementation, and managing client solutions. The position requires analyzing problems, gathering information for reporting, and recommending changes to client procedures. The specialist will act as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinate service incident resolutions, and support various clients with report management and invoicing.
Responsibilities
• Act as a primary point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.

• Collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate the value of support offerings to clients and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
,
• Work on projects of moderate scope or varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant independent judgment.
,
• Evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions based on developing functional knowledge.
,
• Guide less experienced team members and may recommend new procedures.
,
• Anticipate, research, and solve complex problems.
,
• Collaborate with others for continuous learning and knowledge sharing opportunities.
,
• Support several TRAC BPO clients with report management, invoicing, and projects.
Requirements
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or 4 years equivalent work-related experience.

• Customer Service experience with 2-4 years related directly to the financial services or retirement services preferred.
,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
,
• Interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
,
• Efficient time management with strong organizational abilities and an agile mindset.
,
• Ability to collaborate with less experienced team members while providing guidance.
,
• Knowledge of SS&C products, services, and service practices.
