Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, permissions, roles, and profiles.
- Maintain clean and accurate data through regular audits, deduplication, and validation.
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows for business users.
- Develop and update objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features.
- Perform sandbox and production deployments, using change sets or third-party tools.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users across departments.
- Ensure platform compliance with security and data privacy policies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, and Zoom in a remote work environment.
- U.S. work authorization and current U.S. residency required.
