About Homestead Studio We use data to make informed decisions around creative video storytelling — rather than having the data work for us.This means we are constantly looking at Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms’ performance data to optimize and streamline creative decisions to give our direct-to-consumer clients the best chance of success in the marketplace to grow their client base.We never settle for \"good enough\" and react in real-time to make creative decisions and leverage how the world responds to our creativity to make it even better.The ideal candidate is curiously passionate about 'why' video advertisements work & how social media trends go viral!ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert on each brand in your book of business, mastering their branding, tone of voice, and product offeringsAnalyze client questionnaires to gain deep insight into brand identity, product features, customer profiles, and the psychological drivers behind purchasing decisionsConduct customer and brand research, as well as social listening and competitor analysisWrite conversion-focused direct response ads, ad briefs, shot scripts, and shot lists for our clients, primarily direct-to-consumer brandsIdentify content gaps and develop strategic, actionable roadmaps to address themCollaborate with designers, reviewing ad quality, and ensuring creative excellenceSend and manage client approvals, incorporating feedback into final deliverables while maintaining project momentumOutlining testing variables, presenting hypotheses, and executing creative based on those insightsAnalyzing ad performance data and incorporating findings into future creative strategiesReport weekly on creative performance, emerging trends, and strategic recommendations to account managersQualificationsFacebook and Instagram product knowledge is required; familiarity with TikTok is a strong plusGenuine interest in performance marketing and direct response advertisingSolid grasp of ad copy best practices with a track record of crafting compelling hooks that drive resultsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferredGraphic design experience is not required, but design best practice knowledge is expected for QA outputsExperience collaborating effectively within a remote team environment is a plusPassion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trendsHands-on experience in media buying and/or managing social advertising platforms preferred, with demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaignsBonus: Experience with software like Motion, Foreplay, ClickUp, Slack, etc.BenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision (fully covered by Homestead) + 401K matching available15 Days PTO (prorated based on start date), plus 11+ paid holidaysWellness credit benefitsDiverse and forward-thinking environmentExciting career growth opportunitiesA company culture that values freedom, responsibility, and impact-driven workAdditional Information This is a fully remote role.Homestead Studio is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
