As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of CVS Health, assisting members with their pharmacy benefits, resolving issues, and providing compassionate support to enhance their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from customers and assist with prescription and healthcare-related inquiries.
- Use CVS Health systems to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Educate customers on CVS Health services and programs.
- Document all interactions in the system for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must reside in or around Charlotte, NC and be eligible to work in the U.S.
