Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online retail operations. This role involves optimizing e-commerce platforms, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of online sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of e-commerce trends, and a passion for driving growth in an online retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, customer experience, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales across various digital channels (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates on the website.
  • Lead the development and optimization of online sales funnels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from browsing to checkout.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and manage customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and e-commerce trends to continually enhance the platforms performance.
  • Create and maintain performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and drive the success of online operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong track record of driving online sales and improving operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), content management systems, and CRM tools.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve business performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail operations, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing end-to-end operations.
  • Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is essential.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible hours with the possibility of working remotely or in-office as per company policy.
  • Occasional weekend or holiday work may be required to meet business needs.
