Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

A valid passport and the ability to relocate to Canada (Visa sponsorship will be provided).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL is an advantage.
Previous experience in cloud-based IT infrastructure and enterprise-level IT support is a plus.

Working Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
